Terms & Conditions – Service Policy
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by our company, including AC repair, AC servicing, pest control, and other home maintenance services.
1. Service Booking
When a customer books a service appointment, our technician will visit the provided location at the scheduled time to perform the required service.
2. Visiting Charges
If a technician visits the customer’s location and:
The customer refuses the service, or
The service cannot be performed due to the customer’s reason, or
The customer is not available at the location,
then a visiting charge of ₹500 will be applicable.
If the customer proceeds with the service, the visiting charge may be adjusted in the final service bill.
3. Payment Policy
Customers must complete the full payment for the service once the service is completed. Partial payment may result in cancellation of warranty benefits.
4. No Refund Policy
All service payments are non-refundable once the service has been completed. Customers are advised to confirm all service details before making payment.
5. Warranty Policy
If a service includes a warranty period, the company will provide support during the warranty period according to the specific service terms. Warranty will only apply if the customer has completed full payment for the service.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure proper completion of the service, customers must cooperate with our technicians and provide basic assistance when required.
For AC Service:
Provide safe access to the outdoor unit.
Provide a ladder if the outdoor unit is installed at height.
Provide water and a bucket if required for cleaning.
For Pest Control Service:
Provide access to all affected areas.
Provide water if needed for chemical preparation.
Remove or cover food items and sensitive materials before service.
If the required access or support is not provided, the service may not be completed.
7. Service Limitation
If the technician cannot perform the service due to safety risks, lack of access, or customer non-cooperation, the company will not be responsible for incomplete service.
8. Safety Guidelines
Customers are requested to follow the technician’s instructions during service to ensure safety and effectiveness.
9. Policy Acceptance
By booking any service with our company, the customer agrees to all the above Terms & Conditions.
